PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: These WW2 U.S. Army Officers Ordnance & U.S. Collar Insignia are mint unissued still on cards and in cellophane envelopes. One clutch back was through packaging so it was easily removed. The patent date number (2308424) on it was researched and it was found to be from 1943.
